Handicap Committee Alternate

During the remainder of November and most of December, Arlette Geffert, our Handicap Chair, will be away.  Carol Spitznas will take Arlette’s place heading up the Handicap Committee.  Carol has been actively on the Committee throughout the year.  She is no stranger to the Handicap Committee’s mission.

The Handicap Committee at each authorized golf club plays a key role in administering the Rules of Handicapping at the local level. It is ultimately their responsibility (with support from their local Allied Golf Association) to ensure that each player's Handicap Index continues to reflect their demonstrated ability.

Having a devoted handicap team ensures that the Dunes West LGA maintains its legitimacy as a sanctioned golf association.
